The 3 Flat Acres farm is located in Ellenboro Township amongst the beautiful rolling hills of Southwest Wisconsin. We are currently developing our seed stock of hard-to-find hardneck and softneck garlic varieties which will be available for sale in 2012.
Additional crops include heirloom sweet and hot peppers, as well as berries and winter greens grown in hoophouses.
Our permaculture crops - including aronia, hazelnuts and a home orchard - are being planted in 2012.
3 Flat Acres is an organic farm certified by MOSA.
We strive to supply more energy back to the electric grid than we use. Check back to follow our progress.
