"Doesn't all garlic taste the same - you know... garlicy?"  The answer is a resounding NO!  The varieties can vary wildly  -  the range is from hot and spicy to those with a mellow and smoothing taste finish.   Some are especially good for pesto and others for roasting, while some make the most amazing salad dressings.
